Satelite SL-12 R/B (2)

This satellite was spotted on three ten-second images. I identified it on cal-sky, but no finder chart was available there, so I am not 100% sure this is the right satellite.

The satellite is a remainder of a rocket body, and appears to be tumbling once every 2.1 seconds.
